Chaya Café is a roleplay café located in Eastwood City, Quezon founded by Miss Shiloah Jeremiah Sakusa (@dolldrifts)

Chaya is derived from a Japanese word which means "Teahouse" and just like its name, our café aims to provide our clients a place where they could stay and relax while enjoying a bite of our delicacies that will surely meet and exceed their tastes along with efficient and excellent services making them feel the warmth and comfort of home.

Chaya Cafe also offers catering services for weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, and other events.

For catering services and collaborations, please be guided by the following instructions:

1. Kindly direct your inquiries to @HROFFlCE at least three (2) weeks before the said event to give the management team and café staff ample amount of time to prepare.
2. A representative of Human Resources will also send you a direct message regarding the event and set a schedule for a meeting to further discuss the details.
3. It may take us 24 hours to respond to your inquiry. We ask for your patience.
4. Only a maximum of three (3) events per month will be entertained. First come first serve basis.

For collaborations, we will entertain inquiries on our DMS. A meeting will be scheduled to discuss the matter further before the signing of the contract between both parties.

PERSONNEL RECORDS

The purpose of these forms are to help the cafe keep track of their employees. The forms will supply the managers crucial information regarding the staff and update the record of leaves, transfers and resignation.
